Event Policies for Art Classes

1. **Timings**

- **Punctuality:** Sessions start promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and prepare.

- **Late Arrivals:** If you arrive late, the session will continue without interruption, and no additional time will be allotted.

2. **Booking Policy**

- **Non-Refundable Bookings:** All bookings are non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure that our classes can run smoothly and accommodate all participants.

- **Art Kits for Absentees:** If you are unable to attend, you can request an art kit to be provided. Requests must be made within 48 hours either side of the event date. This allows us to prepare your kit and ensure you have the necessary materials to complete the project at home.

3. **Materials and Liability**

- **Material Usage:** We provide all necessary materials for the session.

- **Loss or Damage:** We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property during the event. Please take care of your belongings.

- **Paint Stains:** Paints used in our sessions may stain clothing and other items. Aprons are provided, but this does not guarantee full protection of clothes. We cannot be held responsible for any stains or damage to clothing or personal items.

4. **Safety and Conduct**

- **Supervision:**

  - For kids and family classes, recommended ages for children will be specified in the event details.

  - In sessions aimed at adults held in venues with a bar, adults must supervise children under 14 years of age.

  - Children under the age of 5 must be supervised by a parent or guardian. Supervising adults attend for free but must book a seat due to limited space.

- **Behaviour:** Respectful and courteous behaviour is expected at all times. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session without a refund.

 5. **Health and Safety**

- **Venue Accessibility:** Our classes are held in multiple venues, and we are not responsible for the condition, access, or facilities of these venues. Please check with the venue directly if you have any specific concerns.

- **Additional Care Needs:** Children with additional care needs must have a parent or guardian remain with them throughout the session, as we cannot provide additional support or care.

6. **Food and Drink**

- **Venue Services:** Where sessions are held in venues that provide food and drink, we are not responsible for the food and drink service. Please address any issues or concerns directly with the venue.

- **Allergies:** We always strive to accommodate allergies but cannot guarantee a completely nut-free environment due to factors outside our control. Please inform us of any allergies in advance so we can do our best to accommodate.

- **Complimentary Drinks or Food:** When complimentary drinks or food are provided, identification may be required to verify eligibility. Please see individual event details for specific information about refreshments.

7. **Parking and Venue Conditions**

- **Parking:** We are not responsible for parking arrangements. Please check with the venue regarding available parking options.

- **Venue Conditions:** We work at multiple venues and are not responsible for their condition, access, or facilities. Sometimes we are invited to attend and may have no prior knowledge of the venue and their operations, which are outside our control.

8. **Post-Session Collection**

- **Collection Time:** Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled end of the session to collect your children. If you are late to collect your children, additional charges may apply.

- **Completion of Artwork:** We appreciate that not everyone works at the same pace. In the unlikely event that a participant does not complete their artwork during the session, we can provide paints and email instructions to finish the project at home.

9. **Refreshments**

- **Provided Drinks:** Free soft drinks (no fizzy drinks) are provided for children. Adults can enjoy a free soft drink, tea, or coffee. Identification may be required to verify eligibility for complimentary drinks or food. Not all sessions include refreshments and some offer more than others.
