This piece was painted in 2020 and inspired by watching Aristocats  with my daughters. This piece has been painted on reclaimed wood that would have otherwise been binned or burnt.
 
The work has been created using vibrant acrylic paints in a loose impressionist style. Areas of the original wood have been left exposed to celebrate the unique textures and charcters of this eco friendly canvas and give it a more rustic feel.
