TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customer Care
At Sunflower Artistry, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality in our unique, handcrafted, and hand-painted items. We understand the value of flexibility for our customers, thus we offer exchanges on unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. However, personalized, custom, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty, to ensure that each bespoke piece meets your expectations and our standards. We kindly ask our customers to double-check all personalised details when ordering, as we cannot offer refunds or alterations for customer errors, though we will correct any mistakes on our part. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs on exchanges, except in the case of faulty items. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the condition to address the issue promptly and satisfactorily.
